About Us

Formed in 2009, we specialise in supporting SME companies who mainly use Microsoft Systems. Our engineers are Microsoft certified professionals and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and as a company we are a Microsoft Partner.

We have experience of managing networks of varying sizes in either single offices or branch site/remote user operations.

We currently provide IT Support and advice to over 20 companies and over 300 users in Leeds, Manchester, London, Glasgow and Bradford.

Our approach to IT support is to provide our clients with unbiased advice and find cost-effective solutions to any IT requirement, we don’t believe that the most expensive solution is always the best solution and we will provide multiple options to fulfil the requirement. We will always communicate in plain English instead of trying to baffle with technical lingo, its not that we don’t know it but we would prefer our customers to be engaged in their IT and our support rather than confused and frustrated.
